100,000 Miracles

Worldwide 17 million people are blind because of cataracts. Most cataracts can be removed in a 12-minute operation. However, because 85% of the cataract-blinded people live in the world’s poorest countries, they can’t afford operations and remain blind. CBMI is taking a stand against preventable blindness.
